By accessing or using ZappDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

ZappDrop offers both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments may be processed via credit cards, PayPal, or other methods as provided by ZappDrop. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where technical issues prevent you from using the service.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for excessive usage, exceeding plan limits, or violations of these terms. Refunds are only granted in the event of a technical issue that ZappDrop is unable to resolve after reasonable efforts.

5. License and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided through ZappDrop are the property of ZappDrop or our licensors. Unauthorized use, including resale, reverse engineering, redistribution, or copying of any software or content provided through ZappDrop is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access or use of the Service
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or predatory activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Using ZappDrop for unlawful purposes, including reselling or distributing third-party content without permission
• Engaging in activities that threaten the security, integrity, or availability of the Service

In the event of termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding charges or fees due for the Service.

ZappDrop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to any loss of data, revenue, or profit. ZappDrop’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service within the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
